ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5645 <br /> • <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> MEDINA <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Medina be : .�ended to include in the RH-1 <br /> Rural Homes and R-1A Residential District th following described land: <br /> Pet. #5645: <br /> Part of the N 1/2 NW 1/4 Section 16, T• of Medina described as follows: TO <br /> R-1A: Commencing at the Northwest c. ser of said Section 16; thence East along <br /> the North line of said Section, 129 feet; thence South, 1279 feet to the <br /> centerline of CTH T; thence N 75° 'ast, 155 feet to the point of beginning; <br /> thence continue N 75° East, 250 •eet; thence North, 215 feet; thence S 75° <br /> West, 250 feet; thence South, , 5 feet to the point of beginning.
