Our mother passed away in November 1990. We wish to sell <br /> approximately three acres of land where the buildings stand <br /> (two houses, a grainery, and a machine shed) . We are requesting <br /> the larger house be zoned RH1 and the smaller house be zoned R1A. <br /> We are only requesting use of the two exisitng houses that <br /> are already established. We are NOT asking for any new housing <br /> development, as the zoning RH1 andR1A indicate. The property, <br /> of course, will be more valuable if both houses can be ulilized <br /> not only to us but also to the Town of Medina in increased tax <br /> revenue. <br /> Our family is not yet ready to sell the balance of the 100 <br /> acre farm. We each have our home and do not wish to relocate to <br /> the original homestead. We do not wish to become involved in <br /> renting the houses. It is our desire to sell the buildings. Our <br /> potential buyer is in the business of repairing homes and then <br /> selling them. While our houses do need a considerable amount of <br /> work done on them and the buyer is purchasing them AS IS, we feel <br /> he would make these two houses an asset to the neighborhood as <br /> well as to the Town of Medina. Upon completion of the remodeling <br /> of the houses, our buyer intends to sell each one. He expects the <br /> project will take about three months. <br /> IF we were to choose, we could with proper preparation, rent <br /> these two houses. IF we sold the entire farm, both houses could <br /> be used. We feel it reasonAte to request that both houses be <br /> allowed to be utilized. <br /> f <br />
