A ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5650 2-0 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of CHRISTIANA The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Christiana be amended to include in the RH-4 Rural Homes District the following described land: Part of the SE 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 30, Town of Christiana described as follows: Commencing at the South quarter corner of said Section 30, said corner also being the point of beginning of this description; thence East, along the South line of the SW 1/4 SE 1/4 of said Section 30, 235.74 feet to the Southwest corner of Certified Survey Map #2759; thence North , alogn the West line of Certified Survey Map #2759, and the Westline of Certified Survey Map #2966, 993.19 feet to the Northwest corner of Certified Survey Map #2966; thence N 89° 40' 34" West, 230.01 feet to a point on the North-South quarter line of said Section 30; thence N 00° 19 ' 36" East, along said North-South quarter line, 66.17 feet; thence N 89° 34' 40" West, along an Easterly projection of the North line of Certified Survey Map #1395, 568.79 feet to the Northeast corner of said Certified Survey Map #1395; thence S 06° 34 ' 25" East, along the East line of said Certified Survey Map, 226.69 feet to the Southeast corner thereof; thence N 89° 34' 40" West, along the South line of said Certified Survey Map, 276.14 feet to the Northeast corner of a public road known as Steffrud Road; thence S 23° 40'32" East, along the Easterly line of Steffrud Road; 193.96 feet to a point of curve; thence continue along said Easterly line on the arc of a 87.00 foot radius curve to the left whose long chord bears S 52° 10' 36" East, 83.03 feet; thence S 09° 19 ' 20" West, 33.00 feet to a point on the centerline of Steffrud Road; thence S 80° 40' 40" East, along said centerline, 187.75 feet to a point of curve; thence continue along said centerline on the arc of a 293.61 foot radius curve to the right whose long chord bears S 43° 02' 40" East, 358.68 feet; thence S 05° 24' 40" East along said centerline, 361 .03 feet to a point on the centerline of East Church Road; thence N 72° 58' 50" East, 100.00 feet to a point on the centerline of East Church Road; thenceN 76° 50' 05" East, 100.00 feet to a point on said centerline; thence N 84° 03' 15" Esat, 17.60 feet to a point on said centerline; thence North, 17.25 feet to the South quarter corner of said Section 30 and the point of beginning of this description.
