ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5655 A , <br /> Amend jag Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> SPRINGFIELD <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Springfield be amended to include in the <br /> R-1A Residential and RH-3 Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5655: <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 15, Town of Springfield described as <br /> follows: TO R-lA: Beginning at the most Northerly corner of Lot #1, CSM <br /> #5103; thence Northerly along the Easterly right-of-way of Hickory Run 550 <br /> feet; thence East 320 feet; thence S 24° 42' 09" East parallel with the <br /> Westerly right-of-way of USH 12, 350 feet; thence S 83° 07' 05" West, 300 feet; <br /> thence South 170 feet feet; thence Southwesterly 80 feet to the Northeasterly <br /> corner of Lot #2, CSM #5103; thence N 70° 43' 42" West 339.51 feet to the point <br /> of beginning.
