ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5657 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> VIENNA <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Vienna be amended to include in the RH-2 <br /> Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5657: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 14, Town of Vienna described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Section 14; thence S 00° 29' 04" <br /> East along the East line of the Northeast quarter of said Section 14; 1322.54 <br /> feet to the Northeast corner of the Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter <br /> of said Section 14; thence S 89° 23' 27' West along the North line of said <br /> Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter, 72.88 feet to the West right-of-way <br /> of CTH I and the point of beginning; thence continuing S 89° 23'27" West along <br /> said quarter line, 645.22 feet to the Northeasterly right-of-way of I-90, I-94; <br /> thence S 33° 13' 00" East along said right-of-way line, 940.21 feet; thence <br /> continuing along said right-of-way line N 56° 47' 00" East, 163.86 feet to the <br /> West right-of-way line of CTH I; thence N 00° 34' 00" West along said West <br /> right-of-way line, 703.71 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: <br />
