RESOLUTION 93-37 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING A ZONING DISTRICT CHANGE FOR THE REAL <br /> PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS 6.98 ACRES MORE OR LESS AT COUNTY TRUNK <br /> HIGHWAY I AND 1/90-94 IN A PART OF THE SE 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4 OF <br /> SEC. 14, T9N, R9E, TOWN OF VIENNA, DANE COUNTY, WISCONSIN IN THE <br /> VILLAGE OF DEFOREST'S EXTRATERRITORIAL ZONE. <br /> WHEREAS, the Village of DeForest Planning and Zoning Commission <br /> has recommended that the Village Board approve a zoning district <br /> change from exclusive Agricultural District (A-1) to Rural Home <br /> District (RH-2) , for a certain property at County Trunk Highway I <br /> and I90-94 being a part of the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Sec. 14, <br /> T9N, R9E, Town of Vienna, Dane County, Wisconsin, more particu- <br /> larly described on the map attached hereto and made part of this <br /> resolution, and <br /> WHEREAS, the rezoning at County Trunk Highway I and 190-94 is <br /> agreeable with the Town of Vienna, and <br /> WHEREAS, the Village of DeForest Board accepts the recommendation <br /> of the Planning & Zoning Commission. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the aforementioned zoning <br /> district change in the Town of Vienna, Dane County, Wisconsin, <br /> in the Village of DeForest's extraterritorial zone is approved. <br /> Respectfully submitted: ./0 <br /> Planning & Zoning Commission <br /> Mark S.
