. <br /> r <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5658 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the R n of <br /> YORK <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of York be amended to include <br /> in the RH-1 and RH-2 Rural Homes District the following described <br /> land: <br /> TO RH-2: Part of the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 18, Town of <br /> York described as follows: Commencing at the North quarter corner <br /> of said Section 18; thence South 265 feet along the North-South <br /> quarter of said Section 18; thence N 89° 14 ' East 795 feet; thence <br /> North 275 feet; thence S 89° 14 ' West, 795 feet along the North <br /> Line of said Section 18 to the point of beginning. <br /> TO RH-1: Part of the NW 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 18, Town of York <br /> described as follows: Commencing 265 feet South of the North <br /> quarter of Section 18; thence South 165 feet along the North-South <br /> quarter of said Section 18; thence N 89° 14 ' East, 495 feet; thence <br /> N 79° 34 ' 11" East 279 feet; thence 120 feet North; thence S 89° <br /> 14 ' , 795 feet West to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 <br /> (3) (a) 2. (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> 11‘1 P1/4A-° <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for <br /> which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and <br /> recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days <br /> of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that <br /> describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the <br /> Dane County Register of Deeds.
