• <br /> STATEMENT OF NEED TO REZONE: <br /> Land is currently zoned A-1 exclusive. There is not <br /> sufficient land to conduct a reasonable income producing <br /> agricultural operation. <br /> It is necessary to rezone to A-2 to permit us to build a one <br /> story, single family residence. A single story house has become <br /> necessary to help accommodate a person who has had both hips <br /> replaced and experiences considerable low back problems. We wish <br /> to remain in the community but are unable to find any affordable <br /> site on which to build. <br /> The tentative projected timetable would be as follows; <br /> April 6, 1993 Seek approval from local town board zoning <br /> committee (this was done & approved) . <br /> May 4, 1993 Submit application for rezoning to County. <br /> June 8, 1993 Public hearing. <br /> July 15, 1993 Seek County Board approval. <br /> July 22, 1993 Obtain new certified survey. <br /> July 27, 1993 Conduct perk testing. <br /> August 4, 1993 Obtain necessary building permits. <br /> August 18, 1993 Commence Construction. <br /> C•r <br />
