-.4 ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5661 <br /> • <br /> Amendi'.g Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in tee Towel. of <br /> SUN PRAIRIE <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Sun Prairie be amended to include in the <br /> R-1A Residential District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5661: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 10, Town of Sun Prairie described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Section 10; thence along <br /> the West line of said Northwest quarter, 1320 feet to the point of beginning; <br /> thence South, 300 feet along the West line of said 1/4 1/4, thence East 33 <br /> feet; thence N 450 East, 480 feet; thence West along the North line of said 1/4 <br /> 1/4, 403 to the point of beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This <br /> amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane <br /> County Board, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE AUG 2 r 1993 <br />
