ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5662 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> DANE <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Dane be amended to include in the RH-2 and <br /> RH-3 Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5662: <br /> That part of Lot #1, Dane County Certified Survey Map #5782, in the NE 1/4 NE <br /> 1/4 of Section 11, described as follows: TO RH-2: Beginning at the Northeast <br /> corner of said Lot #1, thence S 89° 25' 09" West 233.86 feet along the <br /> centerline of Viaduct Road; thence S 00° 18' 57" West 917.56 feet along the <br /> West line of the NE 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 11 to the Southwest corner of said <br /> 1/4 1/4; thence S 89° 41' 22" East 252.84 feet along the South line of Lot #1, <br /> Dane County Certified Survey Map #5782; thence N 00° 52' 02" West 921.40 feet <br /> along the East line of said Lot #1 to the point of beginning.
