G <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5663 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> RUTLAND <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Rutland be amended to include in the RH-4 <br /> Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 14, Town of Rutland described as follows: <br /> Beginnign at the Northwest corner of the NE 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 14, thence <br /> South along the West line of said 1/4 1/4 to the Northwest corner of CSM 2568; <br /> thence East along the North line of CSM 2568 to the Northeast corner of said <br /> CSM 2568; thence South along the East line of CSM 2568, 266.98 to the South <br /> line of said NE 1/4 SW 1/4. Thence East along the South line of said 1/4 1/4 <br /> to the Southeast corner; North along the East line of the NE 1/4 SW 1/4 to the <br /> Northeast corner of said 1/4 1/4; thence West to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3) (a) 2.(b) <br /> of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to <br /> the following conditions. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane <br /> County the owner or owners of the land shall record the following restrictions <br /> on said land: <br /> A. This parcel shall not be divided. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town <br /> Board as well as the owners of the land. Failure to record the restrictions <br /> will cause the rezone to be null and void. <br /> • <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE* X) <br />
