ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5664 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> DANE <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Dane be amended to include in the RH-2 <br /> Rural Homes and A-2(4) Agriculture District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5664: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 18, Town of Dane described as follows: TO <br /> RH-2: Commencing at the South quarter corner of said Section 18; thence North, <br /> Meet to the point of beginning; thence continuing North , 400 feet; thence <br /> East, 718 feet; thence South, 290 feet; thence West, 378 feet; thence South, <br /> 110 feet; thence West, 340 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become <br /> effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of <br /> Supervisors a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> EFFECTIVE DAT _lL6 <br /> 2 1993 <br />
