A ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5670 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> CHRISTIANA <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Christiana be amended to include in the <br /> RH-1 Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5670: <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 24, Town of Christiana described as follows: <br /> A parcel located in the NW 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 24, Town of Christiana. <br /> Commencing at the South quarter corner of said Section 24; thence N 00° 15' <br /> East, 1410 feet more or less to the point of beginning; thence continue N 00° <br /> 15' East, 338.5 feet more or less; thence S 75° 29' East, 570.39 feet; thence N <br /> 14° 39' East, 260 feet more or less; thence S 75° 27' East, 150 feet more or <br /> less; thence S 14° 39' West, 588 feet more or less; thence N 75° 29' West, 636 <br /> feet more or less to the point of beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded.
