Sc,,7 <br /> Re: Lot line readjustment and re-zoning. <br /> Dear Zoning Commission: <br /> We request written permission/authorization to accomplish <br /> the following : <br /> Current Status : <br /> A) We (Norman & Susan Richards ) own approx. 9 . 5 acres (Lot 1 ) . <br /> B) Paul and Kay Cleven own an adjacent property (Lally ' s Oak <br /> View First Addition, Lot 23) . <br /> We, in agreement with the Clevens , intend to purchase a <br /> 3. 16 acre portion of Lot 23 from them. We understand that <br /> this transaction requires re-zoning of our entire property <br /> to RH-3. Also the remaining portion of Lot 23 (to be retained <br /> by the Clevens ) , an area of 1 .84 acres , should be re-zoned <br /> to R-1A. The size of our lot (after this transaction is <br /> completed) will be 12 .65 acres. <br /> Intention of Land Use : <br /> A) We intend to acquire this additional land in order to <br /> enlarge our lot and ensure that buildings will not be <br /> built by others on this space. We intend to plant num- <br /> erous trees on this land. <br /> B) Clevens intend to build a single family dwelling on their <br /> retained portion in the next year or so. <br /> We, along with Paul Cleven, attended a meeting of the <br /> Town of Dunn Plan Commission on April 12 , 1993 . We discussed <br /> these intentions with them.
