` ^ `r � IF ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5675 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of MAZOMANIE The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Mazomanie be amended to include in the RH-3 Rural Homes District the following described land: Part of the NW 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 18, Town of Mazomanie described as follows: A part of land located in the W 1/2 NE 1/4 of Section 18, Town of Mazomanie, described as follows: Commencing at the North quarter corner of said Section 18; thence S 89° 35 ' 26" East along the North line of the NE 1/4 of said Section 13, 465.46 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing S 89° 35 ' 26" East, 131 .60 feet to the Northwest corner of Dane County Certified Survey Map #4752; thence S 00° 12 ' 14" East, 465.29 feet to the Southwest corner of said CSM 4752; thence N 82° 17 ' 08" East along the South line of said CSM 4752, 62.87 feet; thence S 00° 10' 42" West, 804.76 feet; thence S 71 ° 24' 39 ' West, 208.03 feet; thence N 00° 10' 42" East, 1328.86 feet to the point of beginning. Also: Lot 1 , Certified Survey Map #4752, recorded in Volume 21 Pages 72 & 73, Dane County Register of Deeds. CONDITIONAL ZONING Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3) (a) 2.(b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds.
