` ^ `r <br /> � IF <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5675 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> MAZOMANIE <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Mazomanie be amended to include in the RH-3 <br /> Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 18, Town of Mazomanie described as follows: <br /> A part of land located in the W 1/2 NE 1/4 of Section 18, Town of Mazomanie, <br /> described as follows: Commencing at the North quarter corner of said Section <br /> 18; thence S 89° 35 ' 26" East along the North line of the NE 1/4 of said <br /> Section 13, 465.46 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing S 89° 35 ' <br /> 26" East, 131 .60 feet to the Northwest corner of Dane County Certified Survey <br /> Map #4752; thence S 00° 12 ' 14" East, 465.29 feet to the Southwest corner of <br /> said CSM 4752; thence N 82° 17 ' 08" East along the South line of said CSM 4752, <br /> 62.87 feet; thence S 00° 10' 42" West, 804.76 feet; thence S 71 ° 24' 39 ' West, <br /> 208.03 feet; thence N 00° 10' 42" East, 1328.86 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> Also: Lot 1 , Certified Survey Map #4752, recorded in Volume 21 Pages 72 & 73, <br /> Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3) (a) 2.(b) <br /> of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to <br /> the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This <br /> amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane <br /> County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds.
