ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5678 + <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> DUNKIRK <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Dunkirk be amended to include in the R-2 <br /> Residential District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5678: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 9, Town of Dunkirk described as follows: <br /> Part of Lot #1 Certified Survey Map #4949, Volume 22, Page 88, described as <br /> follows: Commencing at Northeast corner of Section 9, thence S 00° 27' West, <br /> 868.50 feet; thence N 89° 40' 20" West, 591.87 feet; thence S 00° 35' 45" West <br /> 243.28 feet; to the point of beginning; thence N 89° 32' 15" West 114.38 feet; <br /> thence S 00° 35' 45" West 105.00 feet; thence S89° 32' 15" Esat 200.00 feet; <br /> thence N 00° 35' 45" East 105.00 feet; thence N 89° 32' 15" West 85.62 feet to <br /> the point of beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded.
