ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5680 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> CHRISTIANA <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Christiana be amended to include in the <br /> RH-1 Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5680: <br /> Parts of the SW 1/4 SE 1/4 and SE 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 26, Town of Christiana <br /> described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of said SE 1/4 SE <br /> 1/4; thence West along the North line of said 1/4 1/4, 500 feet to the point of <br /> beginning; thence continue West, 66 feet; thence South, 66 feet, thence S 68° <br /> West, 320 feet; thence S 49° West, 100 feet; thence S 77° West, 470 feet; <br /> thence South, 240 feet; thence East, 300 feet; thence North, 220 feet; thence N <br /> 77° East, 210 feet; thence N 49° East, 100 feet; thence N 68° East, 360 feet; <br /> thence North, 110 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded.
