ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5683 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> MAZOMANIE <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Mazomanie be amended to include in the RH-1 <br /> Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5683: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 2.. Town of Mazomanie described as follows: A <br /> parcel of land located in the NE 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section, Town of Mazomanie <br /> to-wit: Commencing at the West quarter corner of said Section 2; thence N 89° <br /> 35' 25" East, along the North line of the said SW 1/4, 2272.03 feet to the <br /> point of beginning; thence continuing N 89° 35' 25" East, 155.75 feet; thence S <br /> 01° 07' 16" East, 21.38 feet to the centerline of Wilkinson Road; thence S 85° <br /> 32' 32" East, along said centerline, 219.52 feet; thence S 01° 07' 16" East, <br /> 367.16 feet; thence N 85° 32' 32" West, 376.00 feet; thence N 01° 07' 16" West, . <br /> 375.26 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded.
