The rezoned area shall be subject to <br /> the following conditions and restrictions. <br /> PLAT & CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description for R-1 zoning is intended to describe land for <br /> which a plat will be prepared for approval and recorded. The amendment for <br /> R-1 zoning will become efective, if within 1 year of its approval by Dane <br /> County, a plat that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office <br /> of the Dane County Register of Deeds. The above listed description for A-2 <br /> zoning is intended to describe land for which a certified survey will be <br /> prepared for approval and recorded. The amendment for A-2 zoning will become <br /> efective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey <br /> that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane <br /> County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the plat or survey will cause the <br /> pertinent rezone to be null and void. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane <br /> County the owner or owners of the land shall record the following restrictions <br /> on said land: <br /> A. The R-1 zoned area shall be limited to a maximum of 40 residences. <br /> B. The A-2 zoned area may not be used for any residential purposes. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town <br /> Board as well as the owners of the land.
