Effective May 11, 2016 <br /> Dane County Board of Supervisors <br /> Amending Chapter 10 of the Dane County Code of Ordinances <br /> Zoning Map Amendment Petition 10955 <br /> Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br /> The Zoning Districts Maps as referenced under Dane County Code of Ordinance <br /> Section 10.03 shall be amended as follows: <br /> Town Map: Town of Blue Mounds Location: Section 19 <br /> Zoning District Boundary Changes <br /> A-1 EX TO A-2(8) <br /> A parcel of land located in part of the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 and the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/.of Section 19,T6N, R6E more <br /> particularly described as follows: Commencing at the East 1/4 corner of said Section 19;thence N 89°41'22"W along <br /> the north line of said NE 1/4 of the SE'/<, 1314.53 feet to the northwest corner of said NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 and the point <br /> of beginning. Thence N 00°04'58" E, 16.50 feet;thence S 89°41'22" E, 528.78 feet;thence S 00°04'58"W,385.56 <br /> feet;thence S 71°59'53"W, 190.91 feet;thence S 11°19'28"W,87.98 feet;thence S 04°58'51" E, 190.39 feet; <br /> thence S 18°57'19" E, 181.96 feet;thence S 31°21'13" E,391.54 feet;thence South,54.19 feet;thence N 89°23'51" <br /> W,518.76 feet to the centerline of County Trunk Highway Z;thence N 12°44'42"W along said centerline, 18.52 <br /> feet;thence N 16°11'39"W along said centerline, 142.25 feet;thence continue along said centerline and the arc of <br /> a curve concaved northeasterly having a radius of 846.24 feet and a long chord bearing N 08°59'35"W,a distance <br /> of 212.16 feet;thence N 03°07'23"W along said centerline, 257.70 feet to the intersection of said centerline and <br /> the west line of the NE 1/4 of the SE%;thence 00°04'58" E along said west line,640.51 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. This parcel contains 13.12 acres and is subject to a road right of way of 33.00 feet over the most <br /> westerly part thereof. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b) of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following <br /> conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will <br /> be prepared for approval and recorded. Within 90 days of rezoning approval by Dane County, a <br /> final certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned shall be prepared in accordance <br /> with all applicable provisions of Chapter 236 Wisconsin Statutes and Chapter 75 Dane County <br /> Code of Ordinances, and submitted to the Dane County Zoning Division. Upon submission of the <br /> final certified survey map, the Zoning and Land Regulation Committee, or its authorized <br /> representative, shall, within 30 days, approve, approve conditionally, or reject the certified survey <br /> map. Failure to submit the final certified survey within the 90 day period and/or failure to <br /> record the survey with the Dane County Register of Deeds will cause the rezone to be null <br /> and void. Two copies of the recorded survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br />
