PETITION FUR CHANGE OF ZONING <br /> Robert H . Dvorak and Laurie J . Dvorak , owners of the <br /> folloinwg described lands in Dane County, Wisconsin : <br /> Lots 1 and 2 , CSM #7040 , recorded in Volume 35 <br /> of Certified Survey Maps at pages 215-217 as <br /> Document #2446173 , Town of Rutland, <br /> hereby petition the County of Dane and the Town of Rutland to <br /> amend the zoning of said lands as hereinafter set forth . <br /> Current Zoning : The property is currently zoned C-2 and <br /> is restricted as follows : <br /> "Use shall be limited to a plumbing business , feed <br /> and seed business . " The owners also currently benefit <br /> from a conditional use permit ( #748 ) which covers a por- <br /> tion of Lot 2 and which permits the use of said portion <br /> as a single family residence for the watchman/caretaker <br /> of the business located on the lot . <br /> Changes Desired : <br /> As to Lot 1 , CSM #7040 : Removal of the restriction <br /> which limits its use to a plumbing , feed and seed busi - <br /> ness and removal of the conditional use if it covers any <br /> portion of this lot . <br /> In the alternative , amendment of the existing limi- <br /> tation on use to a restriction limiting its use to <br /> retailing ( and associated storage ) of home improvement <br /> products such as carpet , flooring , window coverings and <br /> like materials . <br /> -1- <br />
