• <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5687 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> V <br /> O MONTROSE <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Montrose be amended to include in the RH-1 <br /> Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5687: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 NE 1/4 and NW 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 12, Town of Montrose <br /> described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of the said Section <br /> 12; thence South 749 feet to the point of beginning; thence West 145.7 feet; <br /> thence N 80° West 900 feet; thence South 330 feet; thence S 80° East 320 feet; <br /> thence N 05° East 260 feet; thence S 80° East 550 feet; thence East 150 feet; <br /> thence North along center of Judd Road 66 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This <br /> amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane <br /> County Board, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE•- WIG .
