Two of the projects are <br /> CTH BB, from STH 73 to 2 . 9 miles west , and CTH B, Williams Dr. to <br /> CTH N. Payne & Dolan wishes to erect a portable asphalt plant at <br /> this site for the purpose of producing the asphalt mix to be used <br /> on these and other projects which may be available. These projects <br /> will be completed during the 1993 construction season. The <br /> expected start date on these projects is June 15th to July 15th. <br /> The length of time the asphalt plant will be at the site is eight <br /> to ten weeks . Since Payne & Dolan' s ownership in 1980, this has _ c�P *, <br /> 4 ,o <br /> been a site for i <br /> portable asphalt plants . seas <br /> 7z7-'89 <br /> The area is currently zoned A-2, and has a current mineral Sec-SO" <br /> xtraction permit .
