Ou.e Z) °7 <br /> Mr. Lyman Anderson, Chairperson <br /> Dane County Zoning Department <br /> Room 116, City-County Bldg. <br /> Madison, Wisconsin 53709 <br /> Dear Chairman Anderson: <br /> I received in the mail a notice of public hearing concerning <br /> a petition to propose a change of(Location: South of 793 USH <br /> 51 Section 10, SE NW Town of Dunkirk Area: 40.0 more or less <br /> Acres) use to Governmental use - a hot-mix asphalt plant for <br /> highway projects. <br /> We have owned and operated the joining farm for 40 years in <br /> this area and do not want to see the adjoining land use <br /> changed to allow this plant. <br /> We are planning on retiring next year and building a new <br /> home on our farm and would not like to have the pollution <br /> and noise in our area. <br /> This past year the plant was used for the relocation and widing <br /> of highway 51 and the noise day and night was unbearable. <br /> We have already in the area the Hagen farm with it's pollution <br /> problem and we certainly do not need any more problems with <br /> the enviorment. <br /> Please take this plea to your board members and express our <br /> displeasure with the consideration you are about to make. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> /ft! 4111.11 <br /> Mr. Roger D.
