Town of Springfield, Dane Co. E 1/2 , SE 1/4 , NW 1/4, <br /> SEC 35, T. 8N-R. 8E. Town of Springfield, Dane Co. <br /> Payne & Dolan, Inc . has been awarded the subcontract for the <br /> bituminous resurfacing of State Project No. 5290-00-71 . F. C. <br /> Raemisch & Son, Inc . will be the general contractor on this <br /> project, which includes work on Hwy. 19, between USH 12 and CTH Q. <br /> Payne & Dolan, Inc . intends to erect a portable asphalt plant <br /> at this site for the purpose of producing the asphalt mix to be <br /> used on this project . The project will be completed during the <br /> 1993 construction season. The expected date to start this project <br /> is August or September. The length of time the asphalt plant will <br /> be at the site is six to eight weeks . <br /> The area is currently zoned A-2 , and has a current mineral <br /> extraction permit . This is a logical site for the asphalt plant as <br /> the aggregates for the asphalt mixture will be taken from the same <br /> site . <br /> The portable asphalt plant requires no water, and is <br /> completely portable .
