Horeb, WI 53572 <br /> TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> 1. Please be advised that attached to this correspondence is a legal description of the land <br /> for which a conditional use permit is requested. <br /> 2. The tax parcel number of the School District owned property is as follows: 27-09-233.1 <br /> 3. The filing fee of $100.00 is attached to this correspondence. <br /> 4. The proposed use of this property is for school purposes. Subject property is currently <br /> used for school purposes. The subject property has been used for school purposes since <br /> 1958 and there is no change expected from that proposed use. The change anticipated <br /> is to enclose and cover the front entrance to the school. The time schedule for <br /> development of the property would be a construction period beginning on or about June 8 <br /> until on or about August 15. <br /> 5. Attached to this correspondence is a site plan of the property drawn to scale. This is a <br /> faxed copy, however, an original of the attached was sent to Mr. Patrick Anderson on <br /> May 21, 1993. It should be in his possession at this time. The site plan should show no <br /> changes except enclosing the front entrance to the school. No changes in the parking <br /> areas or any landscaping is proposed. <br /> A conversation on this date, May 24, with Mr. Fleck, provided us with authorization to be <br /> scheduled for a public hearing on this conditional use permit on June 8, 1993.
