<br /> 111P of Dr. William Scheibel. Dr. Start is an Associate Professor in the Department of Family Medicine at the University of
<br /> Wisconsin-Madison. He is a staff physician at University Hospital and is on the courtesy staff of St. Mary's Hospital. He
<br /> also serves as a member of the Dane County Medical Society Board of Trustees. This term will expire on 4/16/96.
