The area in question presently has a 119 room motel erected ajacent to <br /> it and the area is ideal for tourist and recreationally orient activities <br /> such as, a service station, restaurant, motel, mini golf course - driving <br /> range, etc. Because of it's easy access to U.S. Hwy I 90, there are <br /> presently 2 motels, 1 service station, 1 McDonald's,warehouse, and a waterside directly south across�U.S. }Iwym12t&b18lding, <br /> 10. The applicant would consider the mitigation for wildlife <br /> purposes of 2 acres at the west end of the property to be <br /> a fair resolution of the present situation and create a <br /> pond thereon of ? acre size, 3' - 5' deep, 8:1 or flutter <br /> side slopes with irregular shore line. <br /> 11. The development of this area is desired by both the Town of <br /> Blooming Grove and the Southeast Business Association. <br />
