The legal description of the land proposed to be rezoned <br /> is shown on the certified survey attached hereto marked <br /> Exhibit I , minus the parcel shown on Exhibit II attached <br /> hereto. <br /> 2 . A 1"=400 ' scale drawing is submitted herewith. <br /> 3. The tax parcel number of the land proposed to be rezoned <br /> is 04-0710-261-8010-2 . <br /> 4. The filing fee of $100.00 is submitted herewith. <br /> 5. The proposed use of the property proposed to be rezoned <br /> is as follows: <br /> . Construction of motel , restaurant and <br /> recreational facilities such as miniature golf <br /> course. <br /> . The time schedule for the intended development is <br /> to be completed within three years of this date <br /> 6 . The property proposed to be rezoned is in the Town of <br /> Blooming Grove. At the Town Board meeting held on Monday <br /> 13 July 92, the Town Board voted unanimously to approve <br /> this petition to rezone and in effect join the petitioner <br /> in the request to rezone. <br /> 7. On 18 July 1988 the petitioner' s representative went to <br /> Dane County Zoning requesting what use he could make of <br /> the property herein concerned and received the three <br /> documents attached hereto as Exhibit III . <br /> 8.
