The application you submitted <br /> did not include any of the required information needed for <br /> consideration of a rezone out of wetland. The committee at their <br /> meeting on Oct 27, 1992 requested you to submit the information <br /> within one month, we have received no communication or information <br /> from you to date. <br /> Please be advised that the Zoning Committee is placing this matter <br /> on the agenda for their work meeting scheduled for March 23 , 1992 . <br /> The committee intends to make a decision based on the available <br /> information, it would be in your best interest if all pertinent <br /> information could be included. I have enclosed a copy of Section <br /> 11. 10 (2) of the Dane County Code of ordinances which enumerates <br /> the concerns, (2) (a) through (2) (g) , which must be addressed. You <br /> must present evidence that the rezone out of wetland will not have <br /> any adverse impact with regard to these concerns.
