Please see the enclosed copy of the <br /> information provided to the committee which includes 1. a composite <br /> map of the Likas property, 2 . Zerox copies of photos taken by the <br /> Zoning Inspector, 3 . The Army Corp's report and 4. A copy of the <br /> pertinent section of the zoning ordinance which lists the adverse <br /> effects which may not be tolerated in any filling of a wetland. <br /> The committee postponed action on the application due to the fact <br /> that you have not presented any information pertaining to the <br /> effects of the filling that has been done or is intended to be done <br /> in the future. Clear, explicit hydrological information must be <br /> submitted which speaks to the impact on the wetland. The committee <br /> is also not aware of any overall plan regarding any intended future <br /> development of the Likas property. This information must be <br /> submitted before the committee will consider taking any action on <br /> the application.
