RAMAKER <br /> & ASSOCIATES, INC. <br /> May 11, 2016 <br /> PROJECT NARRATIVE- Ederer house <br /> The property owners of parcel 0907-I 0 I -87 10- I located on Hornung Rd in Roxbury, <br /> Wisconsin have plans to begin the construction of their new home. The construction process will <br /> involve of a new residential building with attached garage. Following the completion of the new <br /> home, the owner will proceed with the repair/stabilization of the surrounding ground as <br /> necessary. <br /> The overall direction of runoff flow is from northeast to southwest (towards an existing swale). <br /> The disturbance of soil on the site will be kept to a minimum and erosion control practices will be <br /> implemented to meet Dane County standards. Erosion control practices that will be provided <br /> include: silt fence, hay bales, and construction entrance tracking pad. The proposed <br /> construction site does not have any storm water conveyance systems. Therefore, the erosion <br /> control practices will provide the preventative measures necessary to avoid delivery of excess <br /> sediments off of the site. <br /> Stabilization of the construction site will be achieved by seeding and mulching all disturbed soil <br /> on-site. <br /> The proposed sequence of land disturbing activity during construction is outlined below.
