("Bug Tussel"),a Wisconsin based wireless communications carrier and <br /> its affiliate Cloud 1, LLC,seek a Mobile Tower Siting Permit from Dane County to construct a <br /> 300'guyed tower in the Town of Primrose on the above referenced parcels. Bug Tussel provides <br /> wireless voice and internet service in rural communities throughout the State of Wisconsin. Bug <br /> Tussel seeks to offer its wireless voice and Internet service from this proposed tower location. <br /> Bug Tussel recognizes that colocation is a sound public policy and will collocate whenever it is <br /> reasonable to do so. However,colocation pricing on existing towers has risen to a point that it is <br /> no longer economically feasible and unreasonable for a small wireless service provider such as <br /> Bug Tussel to collocate on a long-term basis. <br /> The approximate market cost for collocating Bug Tussel's equipment on an existing tower is <br /> $2,100.00 per month.This installation would include microwave dishes and the equipment <br /> necessary to offer both voice and high speed internet service.
