CONDITION OF PREMISES <br /> The grantee acknowledges that it has inspected the premises,knows its condition,and understands that <br /> the same is granted without any representations or warranties whatsoever and without any obligation on the <br /> part of the State of Wisconsin. <br /> 9.COST OF UTILITIES <br /> The utilities supplied to the site shall be separately metered for the grantee's utilization and for the <br /> government or any other site user's utilization. all a the cost of the electricity, or other <br /> utilities,supplied for the grantee's benefit. shall determine the cost of such <br /> utilities supplied through citifies for the use of the grantee, includin the grantee's <br /> proportionate share of the cost of operation and maintenance of the by which <br /> such utilities are supplied.
