AFFIDAVIT OF DEAN HANSEN <br /> STATE OF WISCONSIN ) <br /> ) ss. <br /> COUNTY OF BROWN ) <br /> I, the undersigned,being duly sworn, state as follows: <br /> 1. I am an adult resident of the State of Wisconsin and a radio-frequency engineer <br /> employed by Bug Tussel Wireless, LLC and Cloud 1, LLC. <br /> 2. I make this affidavit in support of Cloud 1, LLC's application to the Town of <br /> Primrose and Dane County to construct a new communications tower located at: Tax <br /> key number 048/0507-204-8000-4 (Owned by: Roger A. & Donna J. Stoll, 685 <br /> Norland Road, Belleville, Wisconsin 53508). <br /> 3. Bug Tussel Wireless, LLC is a duly licensed mobile service provider and shall be the <br /> anchor tenant on the Cloud 1, LLC tower proposed for the Stoll property. <br /> 4. One of my job responsibilities is to design and direct the placement of the Bug Tussel <br /> Wireless antenna facilities throughout its entire mobile service network. <br /> 5. I have performed a review of the existing tower structures within two (2) miles of the <br /> proposed tower location and I have found that there are no co-location prospects for <br /> Bug Tussel Wireless, LLC as there are no existing communications towers to co- <br /> locate upon within said area.
