Town of Oregon Conditional Use Permit <br /> April 12,2016 <br /> Petition number DCPCUP-2016-02335 <br /> Parcel number 0509-091-8600-1 <br /> Land Division and Amendment of Conditional Use Permit. Petition number DCPCUP-2016-02335; Parcel <br /> number 0509-091-8600-1; 13350 S. Fish Hatchery Rd.Oregon,WI 53575. Dividing the commercial <br /> property into two lots and amend the conditional use permit. <br /> Approved by the Town of Oregon Board on April 12,2016. <br /> The Petitioner and Owner is Country View Enterprise LLC, 1350 Fish Hatchery Rd.,Oregon WI 53575. <br /> The CUP includes two separate veterinary clinics. The existing clinic will operate as a small animal clinic <br /> only, the new building site will operate as a large animal clinic only. A legal driveway agreement <br /> between the two businesses must be provided. The existing day run fencing is to be removed before <br /> any new construction begins. The new large animal facility will be approximately 183 feet from the <br /> centerline of Fish Hatchery Rd. <br /> The large animal facility must have a Dane County approved manure management plan. One sign may <br /> installed for the business. All lighting must be directed toward the ground. Uses are restricted to large <br /> animal veterinary hospital/grooming/training in an indoor facility. The number of large animals <br /> outdoors during daylight hours is limited to four animal units in the designated paddock/pasturing area. <br /> No Public Address System (PA)or speakers allowed. Hours of operation are 6:30 am to 6:00 pm Monday <br /> thru Friday, Saturday from 6:30 am to 2:00 pm. Emergency services are provided 24 hours per day as <br /> needed. <br /> The small animal facility must have a Dane County approved manure management plan. The existing <br /> Country View Veterinary sign will be used. All outside lighting must be directed toward the ground. A <br /> six foot high stockade fence shall be installed around the outdoor exercise area surrounded with <br /> evergreens at least three feet high and spaced seven feet at center providing an additional sound <br /> barrier. Uses are restricted to small animal veterinarian hospital. No dogs are allowed outside <br /> overnight. Dog and cat boarding, kennels, grooming and canine daycare in an indoor facility is allowed. <br /> The business is limited to 36 dogs per day not including the canine patients. Excluding veterinary <br /> patients a total of 50 small animal units is allowed. A limit of ten dogs may go outside at a time and <br /> must be supervised at all times. No Public Address System (PA) or speakers allowed. Training classes <br /> may be scheduled Monday thru Friday from 7:30 am to 8:00 pm, Saturday from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm. <br /> The classes may be indoors or outdoors, with a maximum of 12 dogs and must be handled in a one on <br /> one person to dog ratio. Boarding dogs and dog patients may be taken outdoors to be relieved before <br /> their overnight boarding stay one dog to one handler to reduce barking until 8:00 pm. Hours of <br /> operation for the Veterinarian Clinic are 6:30 am to 6:00 pm Monday thru Friday,Saturday from 6:30 am <br /> to 2:00 pm. Emergency calls allowed on an as needed basis until 10:00 pm daily. <br /> Any changes in operations would require the process of a new conditional use permit application with <br /> the Town of Oregon and Dane County Zoning. <br />
