Page 2, CUP #965 <br /> CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT #965 <br /> CONDITIONS <br /> 1. This permit includes the existing multifamily buildings located at #2015 <br /> and #2017 Sherman Av. <br /> 2. One new apartment building comprised of a maximum of 8 apartment units <br /> is allowed by this permit. <br /> 3. A landscape plan for the area surrounding the new apartment building and <br /> the related parking lot shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning for <br /> approval. The approved landscaping shall be implemented and completed <br /> by May 30, 1993 and shall then be maintained pursuant to the approved <br /> plan. <br /> NOTE: Section 10.25 (2)(n) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances provides that <br /> • any use for which a conditional use permit has been issued, upon its <br /> cessation or abandonment for a period of one year, will be deemed to <br /> have been terminated and any future use shall be in conformity with the <br /> ordinance. <br /> (2) <br />
