Setzke , am applying for a rezone of a property <br /> more fully described on the attatched page. 14 intentions <br /> for this propverty is tt allow for the building of a single <br /> family home. The balance of the property will be in emess <br /> of 35 acres. I only wish to have an area of 2 acres zoned <br /> for this purpose , the zoning I am requesting would be RH-1 <br /> or what ever is suitable for this purpose. I am applying <br /> for this with a delayed effective date, at which time <br /> we will submitt a certified survey for the area to be <br /> rezoned.
