• ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5205 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> ROXBURY <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Roxbury be amended to include in the RH-1 <br /> Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5205: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 14, Town of Roxbury described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the West quarter corner of said Section 14; thence S 89° 46' 02" <br /> East along the East-West quarter Section line of said Section 14, 1500.00 feet <br /> to the point of beginning; thence continuing S 89° 46' 02" East along said <br /> quarter Section line, 431.89 feet to the centerline of Loper Road; thence N 48° <br /> 25' 37" East-along said centerline, 82.48 feet to the point of curvature of a <br /> curve to the left having a central of 09° 08' 52" and a radius 2468.00 feet; <br /> thence Northeasterly along the arc of said curve and said centerline, 394.04 <br /> feet to the point of tangency thereof, said curve having a long chord bearing N <br /> 43° 51' 12" East, 393.62 feet; thence N 39° 16' 46" East along said centerline, <br /> 443.33 feet to the point of curvature of a curve to the right having a central <br /> angle 05° 58' 28" and a radius of 1158.00 feet; thence Northeasterly along the <br /> arc of said curve and said centerline, 120.75 feet to North - South quarter <br /> line of aid Section 14 and the point of tangency thereof, said arc having a <br /> long chord bearing N 42° 16' 00" East, 120.70 feet; thence N 00° 45' 10" West <br /> along said North-South quarter line, 150.00 feet; thence S 50° 46' 31" West, <br /> 1453.739 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3)(a) 2.(b) <br /> of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to <br /> the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description is intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This <br /> amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane <br /> County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to <br /> record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane <br /> County the owner or owners of the land shall record the following restrictions <br /> on said land: <br /> A. Only one residence is permitted on the entire ownership parcel. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town <br /> Board as well as the owners of the land. Failure to record the restrictions <br /> will cause the rezone to be null and void. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: MAY 0 8 1992 <br />
