ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5211 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> VERMONT <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Vermont be amended to include in the RH-1 <br /> Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5211: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 2, Town of Vermont described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the North quarter corner of said Section 2; thence N 89° 57' 05" <br /> West, 545.10 feet along the North line of the Northwest quarter of said Section <br /> 2 to the point of beginning; thence N 89° 57' 05" West, 425.00 feet along the <br /> North line of said Northwest quarter to a point on the Easterly right-of-way <br /> line of STH 78; thence S 13° 08' 15" West, 38.69 feet along said Easterly <br /> right-of-way; thence S 11° 38' 17" West, 200.25 feet along said Easterly <br /> right-of-way; thence S 07° 11' 46" West, 136.76 feet along said Easterly <br /> right-of-way; thence S 82° 48' 14" East, 441.27 feet; thence N 07° 11' 46" <br /> East, 427.64 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded.
