ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5213 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> CHRISTIANA <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Christiana be amended to include in the R-1 <br /> Residential District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5213: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 19, Town of Christiana described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the South quarter corner of said Section 19, thence North along <br /> the West line of said SW 1/4 SE 1/4, 987 feet, more or less, to the centerline <br /> of CTH B and the point of beginning; thence continuing North along said West <br /> line, 240.35 feet; thence East 141.82 feet; thence North 56 feet; thecne East <br /> 44.4 feet; thence_South 262.8 feet, more or less, to the centerline of CTH B; <br /> thence S 79° 48' West, along said centerline, 189.2 feet, more or less, to the <br /> point of beginning. <br /> The above listed description/is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This <br /> amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane <br /> County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: MAR 0 2 1992 <br />
