After the County Executive signed the amendment on April 5 , 1992 , two steps remained before the rezoning become effective: 1) .A Certified Survey Map of the new 3 acre Department of Natural Resources parcel needed to be recorded no later than August 5, 1992 . This was accomplished when CSM #6821 was recorded August 5, 1992 (copy enclosed. ) AND 2) . A Deed Restriction Document referring to permitted uses of the 3 acre Department of Natural Resources parcel needed to be recorded no later than August 5, 1992 . (A copy of the 'blank document' sent to you by the Zoning Department and the cover letter explaining what must be done is enclosed. ) To date, we have no copy of the recorded Deed Restriction in our file. If it was not recorded by August 5, 1992 , rezone Petition #5214 is void. Please provide a copy of the recorded document which shows: - Document number and Date of Recording, and - Date, Volume, and Page of recording. Submit this copy no later than February 17, 1995.
