ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5214 G <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> BLACK EARTH <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Black Earth be amended to include in the <br /> RE-1 Recreational and A-2 Agriculture District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5214: <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 26, Town of Black Earth described as <br /> follows: TO RE-1: Beginning at a point which is 66 feet West of the Southeast <br /> cornerof the W 1/2 NW 1/4 NE 1/4 of said Section 26; thence West 480 feet; <br /> thence North 40 feet; thence N 41° East, 480 feet; thence East 165 feet; thence <br /> South 402 feet to the point of beginning. - <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This <br /> amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane <br /> County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> TO A-2: Beginning at the Northwest corner of said NW 1/4 NE 1/4; thence East <br /> 660 feet; thence South 1320 feet; thence West 66 feet; thence North 402 feet; <br /> thence West 165 feet; thence S 41° West, 480 feet; thence South 40 feet; thence <br /> West 114 feet; thence North 1320 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: 8(5/9 2. 1-�� <br />
