ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5215 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> DUNKIRK <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Dunkirk be amended to include in the RH-4 <br /> Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5215: <br /> Part of the W 1/2 NE 1/4 Section 33, Town of Dunkirk described as follows: <br /> beginning at the Northwest corner of said NW 1/4 NE 1/4; thence South along teh <br /> West line of said NE 1/4; 1,660 feet; thence East, 525 feet; thence North, <br /> 1,660 feet to the North line of said NW 1/4 NE 1/4; thence West along said <br /> North line, 525 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This <br /> amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane <br /> County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: Z/00 2_ <br />
