ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5216 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> RUTLAND <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Rutland be amended to include in the RH-1 <br /> Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5216: <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 29, Town of Rutland described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Northeast corner of said NW 1/4 SE 1/4; thence South along <br /> the East line of said 1/4 1/4, 600 more or less feet to the centerline of Old <br /> Stage Road and the point of beginning; thence continue South, 330 more or less <br /> feet; thence West, 400 feet; thence North, 600 more or less feet to the <br /> centerline of Old Stage Road; thence S 400° East, 480 more or less feet to the <br /> point of beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This <br /> amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane <br /> County Board, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> DELAYED EFFECTIVE DATE <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: MAR 0 6 1992 <br />
