The rezone out of wetland <br /> will correct the county wetland map and the imposed deed <br /> restriction will assure proper drainage in the ditch. <br /> STAFF COMMENTS: <br /> R.P.C. - Petition 5217. This proposed rezoning of a wetland Is In an <br /> agricultural preservation area of the Town of Bristol . Filling has been <br /> done in violation of wetland zoning provisions.
