The A-2 zoned area may not be divided. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town <br /> Board as well as the owners of property located within 300 feet of the site. <br /> Failure to record the restrictions will cause the rezone to be null and void. <br /> CONDITION <br /> 1 .
