, <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5221 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> YORK <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of York be amended to include in the RH-2 <br /> Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5221: <br /> Part of the S 1/2 NW 1/4 and N 1/2 SW 1/4 Section 10, Town of York described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the West quarter corner of Section 10; thence North <br /> along the centerline of STH 73, 180 feet to the intersection with the <br /> centerline of a 66 foot town road; thence East 903 feet along the centerline of <br /> said town road to the point of beginning. Thence South 250 feet; thence East <br /> 440 feet to the East line of the NW 1/4 SW 1/4; thence North 75 feet along said <br /> East line NW 1/4 SW 1/4 to the Northeast corner of NW 1/4 SW 1/4; thence East <br /> 15 feet; thence North 415 feet; thence West 300 feet; thence S 30° West 240 <br /> feet to the North right-of-way line of the town road; thence South 33 to the <br /> centerline of said town road and point of beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded.
