ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5222 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> DUNN <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Dunn be amended to include in the RH-3 <br /> Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Part of the E 1/2 NW 1/4 Section 22, Town of Dunn described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the North quarter corner of said Section 22; thence Westerly 410 <br /> feet more or less, along the North line of the Northeast quarter of the <br /> Northwest quarter of Section 22 to the point of beginning. Thence continuing <br /> Westerly along the North line of said 1/4 1/4, 907 feet, more or less, to the <br /> West line of the E 1/2 NW 1/4; thence South, along said West line of the E 1/2 <br /> NW 1/4, 2665 feet, more or less; thence East, along the South line of the E 1/2 <br /> NW 1/4, 66 feet, more or less; thence North, parallel to the West line of the E <br /> 1/2 NW 1/4, 1250 feet, more or less, thence Northeasterly, 1750 feet, more or <br /> less, to the point of beginning of this description. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3)(a) 2.(b) <br /> of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to <br /> the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description is intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This <br /> amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane <br /> County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to <br /> record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. <br /> CONDITION <br /> 1. An adequate grassed waterway designed according to ASCS specifications <br /> shall be re-established and maintained in the approximate location it <br /> previously existed in the field to the East of the proposed access <br /> driveway for this rezone. Said waterway shall connect with the new <br /> culvert to be installed in the driveway for this rezone. <br /> 2. The surface of said driveway shall be graded to provide that the West <br /> side is higher than the East side to ensure that surface drainage is to <br /> the East. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE APIR 2 9 1992 <br />
