ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5223 4 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> PRIMROSE <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Primrose be amended to include in the RH-2 <br /> Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5223: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 10 and SE 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 3 Town of <br /> Primrose described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of said <br /> Section 10; thence S 89° 52' 48" West along the North line of Section 10, <br /> 590.13 feet to the point of beginning; thence S 89° 52' 48" West, 68.68 feet; <br /> thence S 00° 07' 12" East, 661.20 feet; thence West, 350.00 feet; thence N 48° <br /> 07' 29" West, 464.05 feet to the West line of the NE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 10; <br /> thence N 00° 44' 29' West along the West line of the NE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 10, <br /> 350.00 feet to the North line of Section 10; thence N 89° 52' 48' East, 607.19 <br /> feet; thence N 00° 50' 48" East, 176.74 feet to the centerline of Miller Road; <br /> thence S 41° 46' 24" East along said centerline, 236.51 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
